What if the weather is bad?
Island weather can be unpredictable, but we've got you covered! If bad weather is forecast, you have two flexible options:
- Undercover Backup Guarantee: Reserve a sheltered backup venue for a $100 deposit. If the weather holds and we can set up outdoors as planned, your deposit is fully refunded!
- Reschedule Your Booking: You can shift your setup to another date free of charge. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule.
Can you recommend any good locations?
We're happy to recommend our favourite spots! We usually choose our beach locations based on the day's wind, tide and weather to ensure you get the absolute best conditions. Whether you want to set up on a secluded beach, be surrounded by lush tropical greenery inland, or right at your private villa, we'll bring the vision to life wherever you prefer.
What currency are your packages priced in?
All our packages are priced in NZD.
How and when will we receive our images?
Your photos will be delivered straight to your inbox via a high-resolution, downloadable online gallery. From there, you can easily save your favourites and share the link with family and friends anywhere in the world! Turnaround time is 1 to 4 weeks, depending on our seasonal schedule. We always aim to get your beautifully edited gallery to you as quickly as possible!
